BLUE’s Summer Internship gives returning participants the opportunity to step into a leadership role, support volunteers in the field, and grow alongside our U.S. and Dominican teams throughout the summer.

SUMMER INTERN

3 to 5 Weeks
Lead 3 to 4 Service Trips

For previous BLUE volunteers ready to grow into a leadership role and help guide participants through the service trip experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead and support BLUE volunteers on service trips

• Work alongside our Dominican Staff

• Coordinate daily projects and activities

• Attend leadership trainings

• Lead reflections and group experiences

PROGRAM FEE

$650

A $350 registration deposit is required to secure your spot and will be applied toward the total program fee.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Roundtrip airfare from Miami, in-country transportation, lodging, most meals, and travel insurance coverage.

BEFORE YOU TRAVEL

All Summer Interns must complete BLUE training, First Aid and CPR certification, and a background check before departure.
