Service Trip Chaperones play an important role in supporting participant safety, mentoring volunteers, and helping create an immersive experience rooted in service, community, and reflection.

CHAPERONE PROGRAM FEE
$650
$250 Registration Deposit
The $250 deposit secures your spot and is applied toward the total $650 Chaperone Program Fee.
WHO SHOULD APPLY
Adults with experience leading or working with students who are ready to mentor young volunteers, work alongside communities, and take on a hands-on leadership role.
Applicants should have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, be comfortable problem solving, and be prepared to support volunteers throughout the trip.
BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Selected chaperones must complete BLUE’s required Chaperone Workshop, a background check, physical examination form, and First Aid and CPR certification before traveling.
