Thank you for joining us on a service trip! Not only will you be contributing to a project physically, but you will also fundraise a portion of the project materials as well.
The Community Contribution Fee (CCF) is each volunteer’s part in funding the service project they will be working on. This fee helps us meet the demand for service trips with enough funds to construct water and sanitation projects. If you are signed up for a water project, your CCF is $500. If you are signed up for a sanitation project, your CCF is $250.
A Few Important Details:
Volunteers are encouraged to fundraise their CCF on our custom fundraising platform.
(If you choose to fundraise offline, please let us know.)
Volunteers have until May 1, 2020 to fundraise their CCF.
That gives you plenty of time to share your personal fundraising page, spread the word, and fundraise your goal amount ($500 for water project or $250 for sanitation project).
If volunteers do not fundraise their goal by the deadline, the credit card on file will be charged the remaining difference on May 5, 2020.
We are here to help!
From now until your trip, we are here to support YOU. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions, ideas, or comments about the CCF or your service trip.
100% of your donations* will go directly to the field.
After our campaign ends on May 1, 2020, we’ll send 100% of your donations to the Dominican Republic to fund the water or sanitation project you will be working on! In a few weeks time, you will see how your fundraising efforts contributed to the project and the future of the community.
*Any donations fundraised over the goal amount can not be transferred to the trip cost. If you wish to fundraise the trip cost and CCF, you can not do so on our fundraising platform. You can create a fundraising page on GoFundMe.
100% of Public Donations Go Directly to the Field.
