BUILD BATHROOMS FOR INDIVIDUAL FAMILIES TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO LIFE-CHANGING SANITATION.

  • STAY: Sleep in the community inside a local house, church, or school. Cots provided.

  • WORK: Mix cement, cut wood, and hammer in nails to build Ventilated Pit Latrines. Get to know each family benefitting from a bathroom and work alongside them.

  • CONNECT: Spend a morning with a local family learning about their life and culture.

  • EAT: Typical dished prepared by local cooks from the community. Light breakfast, full lunch and dinner provided for every day in the community. (Transportation days not included).

COMMUNITY CONTRIBUTION FEE + TRIP COST: Each volunteer commits to meet a $250 Community Contribution Fee (CCF) requirement in addition to the trip cost of $1,250.  This amount should be fundraised through our online platform, however if the volunteer raises less than the $250 amount, they will be charged the remaining balance. BLUE Missions will provide fundraising support for all volunteers to make sure everyone is able to meet their goal. In the event that you fundraise more than your CCF, you will not be able to transfer it towards your trip cost.

What's included in the trip cost?
